By using theministryofminmax.com, its guides, its videos or its addon, you agree to these terms. The Ministry's authoritarian voice is parody: these terms are the real ones, and nothing on the site is an actual order.

Fan project

The Ministry of Min-Max is an independent fan project. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Blizzard Entertainment. World of Warcraft and Blizzard Entertainment are trademarks or registered trademarks of Blizzard Entertainment, Inc.

Guides and data

Guides, gear lists and numbers are provided for entertainment and information. Much of the content is based on beta data and theorycrafting, and it may change or be wrong at launch. Use it at your own discretion.

Tribute

Tribute is a voluntary payment to support the project. It does not buy a product, service, account or game advantage. Payments are processed by Stripe. Refund requests are considered case by case.

Reports

By submitting a report, you allow the Ministry to publish, edit or decline it. Reports are comedy: keep them to in-game behavior. Do not submit anything illegal, hateful, threatening or private, including real names or contact details. The Ministry may remove any report at any time.

Comments

Replies from the channel are written in character and may be assisted by automated tools. They are parody and may not be accurate. Your use of YouTube is governed by the YouTube Terms of Service.

Content

The Ministry's original text, art and videos may not be republished as your own. You may share links to them.

No warranty

The site, guides and addon are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, the Ministry is not liable for any damages arising from their use, including lost gold, loot or play time.

Changes and governing law

These terms may change, and the new version will be posted here with a new effective date. They are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
